OMLAS Project: His project idea involves the production of biochar, a stable solid high in carbon that is created when biomass or organic waste partially burns in the presence of low oxygen. The primary source of agricultural biomass will be utilized for this purpose. The use of biochar aligns with four significant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Affordable and clean energy (SDG 7), Clean water and sanitation (SDG 6), Responsible consumption and production (SDG 12), and Climate action (SDG 13). The project area will be located in the Hetauda sub-metropolitan city. He expressed, the OMLAS fellowship presents an immense opportunity for both professional and personal development. It is a transformative experience that often leads to lasting networks and valuable professional opportunities.
